Dad’s Letter #4
Well it’s finally my #1’s son turn and he would most likely say is last.
Scott is still in school – doing great and Mom and Dad are very proud of his hard efforts. He will however not break Kelly’s record. Scott will most likely remember this year as “the year of the roofs”. For sure the family’s best water skier. And now the proud owner of a red Blazer. Got his haircut just to shut me up and stay in the will.
Kelly continues to proceed with her escrow career and still promises to finish school. Know throughout the world as the “bread queen”. Married life is sinking in and she now has full and complete control – just like her sisters.
Terri needs a bigger house – no space for toys. Josh has joined us and we all love him very much – save the toys. It looks like back to work is right around the corner. Motherhood is great and she wears the crown well. She’s also a great cook – judging by looking at her husband.
Jamie – a happy homeowner with a happily married homebody husband who loves to paint, clean, fix and generally make her happy. All the kids are growing – college is right around the corner. A generally peaceful quiet year and coming the #1 anniversary. Love our 1st born.
What a great family we have. With everyone helping and sharing with each other. The family cabin belongs to everyone. Each to share equally. Hopefully we will all enjoy it for years to come. Nothing is easy, the sun is shining and we are alive and well. Save your money and check your oil.
Love ya,
Dad
PS: This year I will A) fall off a ladder B) fall in the pool C) hit thumb with hammer. Just to see Scott and Kelly laugh.

1991 Dad’s Gift #4
Nothing is free. Value!
The most precious value I have is my own personal value – as to how good I feel about myself.
Material things often change in value and we have little or nothing to say about it.
My personal value I do have control over and it is measured by my helping others – my good deeds.
By accepting this small token as appreciation, I will expect you to do the best you can do increase your deeds, every day, every month, every year. If you accept this challenge all say “I do”.
Love ya,
Dad
