2004 Christmas Letter

2004-1

The family is getting bigger and our kids are growing older!

My thoughts for the year are one of “thanks”. With all of the trouble and problems we have in the world and in our lives, I choose to think of the “good” stuff and how we all can make our lives and those we love even better.

If you enjoy History as much as I do – you got to know how blessed we all are.

It has been an eventful year for all of us. But none better than the arrival of Jaxson Scott! We are blessed and he is a joy.

And for those of you planning retirement – be aware – your Christmas bills do not go down! I am not a “scrooge” but I am one of his biggest fans.

If I made a comment on everyone the letter would be too long, so here’s what Tom Barber thinks:

  1. To make your own life better, think of what you do and say as it affects those around you.
  2. The way to make yourself happy – make those around you happy!
  3. The Good Lord helps those who help themselves.
  4. If you spend more money than you earn – “tough”
  5. Be happy! Work hard, play hard. Get it in the right order.

Mother and I did the charity shoeboxes for those who are not so lucky as we. Hope your family does something for the needy also.

The year of the “puzzle”. Life is a puzzle. Figure it out for yourself!

Plan for next year.

Mom and Dad Love ya!
