2007 Christmas Letter

Now what? 2008 is the year Mother and I reach the magic number of 140.

If we know anything – we know life is not perfect and we sure are not perfect. But we try and we will keep on trying – and so must you!

I have tried to help you all learn the basics of money. In the future I prefer to talk to the grandchildren – they need help.

Honest Zackary just ignores me. Josh won’t pick up a dime on the sidewalk, and when I told Max I did not have money for whatever he wanted, he told me to sell a house!

So we’re headed to a new year and another new start. Make the most out of your plans.

Our hope is that all our children will be strong enough to survive long after we’re gone.

Be kind, courteous, respectful and honest.

Go to church often and be a family in action as well as words.

Your gift this year is to help understanding saving is good – no excuses!

God bless.
