Merry Christmas feels better than Happy Holidays.
“Think” – and ask questions.
Character and values.
The year has ended with the nation grieving over a senseless act against innocent children. THINK what if?
The year also ended with our government floundering over taxes and expenses.
(Tax holiday, AMT alternative minimum tax, fiscal cliff) – THINK why?
Mother and I wish to express our joy, happiness and appreciation for our grandchildren’s 2011 Christmas Letters.
RECAP – thoughts on tradition:
- This family is different. Take pride in the word and meaning of Family (LUKE)
- Celebrate Christmas and the birth of Christ. Understanding the phases of life and it’s meaning. (JOSH)
- The ability to learn from Trust. It’s not all about presents (JAKE)
- Applying the learned life skills. The impact of tradition and family on our lives. (JESSICA)
- Feeling the love of God. Not settling for less than we are capable of achieving. (JENNY)
NO EXCUSES.
Our future is bright. It will be as good as you make it. Mean what you say and say what you mean. Nobody can set your goals and nobody can make your goals.
Mother and I have our next goal of having a great time spending 30 days cruising South America. No cell phones. No email. No facebook. And no money left for 2013 Christmas presents.
BUT WE STILL LOVE YA!
